Pay Range $57,700.00-$79,300.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The purpose of the Marketing Specialist position is to provide proactive support to the Product, Sales, Technical and Customer-facing teams within the Roofing Division. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in JM's marketing efforts which includes document and collateral creation and management, website layout and JM brand presence. Your Day-to-Day: Digital Production: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and digital assets including the website using various applications that include Salsify or Adobe Experience Manager. Recommend SEO approaches and measure effectiveness of campaigns. Maintain and improve marketing automation platform using Pardot or equivalent to support various outbound communications. Content Strategy: Create and develop on going content in support of the JM Brand Platform and Voice Principals. Manage the creative process from concept through execution. What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years in customer facing or marketing role Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus Thorough knowledge and understanding of Marketing Principles Solid knowledge and understanding of financial statements Thorough understanding of Building/Facility Construction Markets (Commercial/Residential/and or Industrial) Demonstrated ability to work toward continuous improvement and skill in improving processes and reporting Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reporting Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Ability to work independently and in a team environment Minimal travel required (Up to 25%) Work environment is typical of an office setting Benefits Johns Manville (JM) offers a wide range of benefits to employees.
