The Painting Maintenance Mechanic I performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of painting and plastering technology.

Hours: Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekdays
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD 21287
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, procedures and materials.
- 5 years related work experience.
- Must be able to navigate electronically. Enters their own material list daily on the computer. Tints paint with a computerized tinter. Yearly training bundles and self evaluations are done on the computer

Salary Range: Minimum 25.23/hour - Maximum 29.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
