Job Details:
Join the Med/Surg Float Pool with Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and provide high-quality nursing care across a variety of adult inpatient units. Float Pool RNs are specially trained to work in multiple specialty areas, including Medicine, Surgical Services, Oncology, and Neurosciences, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while caring for diverse patient populations. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams throughout this hospital, Float Pool nurses enjoy a dynamic practice environment, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact wherever patient care needs are greatest.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing required and nursing students and new grad nurses should apply
- Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered, provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required

Salary Range: Minimum 36.07/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
