We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Full time Otolaryngologist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care activities.
- Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.
- Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control.
- Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation.
- Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy.
- Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations.
Education / Certifications / License:
- Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification
- Board Certification in specialty area of medical practice
- Federal DEA License
- CDS Certification
- Basic life support HealthCare Provider (BLS Provider)
- Malpractice Insurance
