Role Description
We are seeking a Certified HVAC professional for a temporary full-time on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- HVAC certification is required
- 5 years related work experience
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and preventive maintenance best practices
- Customer service skills for effective communication and addressing client needs
- Ability to work on-site and comply with safety regulations and standards
- Prior experience in healthcare facility maintenance is an advantage
