Join our team as the Infusion Operations Manager, where you'll oversee daily operations for Intake, Clinical Technician, and Documentation teams supporting both home infusion and Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) patients. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll ensure patients are efficiently admitted to care, coordinate with referral sources, and support financial and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include process improvement, staff supervision, reporting, payer audits, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

- Equivalency allowed in lieu of education or experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
- Work Experience: Seven years of healthcare, progressive experience, home infusion experience preferred.
