Position Summary
Join Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s Fort Myers team as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing evidence-based evaluations and treatments for children and young adults (birth–21) with needs across hospital and outpatient settings. In our multidisciplinary, family-centered model, you’ll partner with caregivers to build practical care plans, document accurately to support continuity of care and the revenue cycle, and take initiative to expand access and strengthen departmental performance. You’ll have opportunities to mentor learners, contribute to program development, and practice within Florida and ASHA guidelines, with clinical support from the Rehab Regional Manager—while making a meaningful impact in the Southwest Florida community.

- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
- Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
- Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Pediatric experience highly preferred
