What are the responsibilities and job description for the Butcher position at Johns Butcher Shop?
We do all things butchering from live on the kill floor to the cutting room to the package room to the freezer to the smoke room to out of the smoker and into a different package room and into boxes and put away. Must be able to stand all day and must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to keep stuff organized and labeled. Must be dependable.
