Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending tailored looks from our luxury collections
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, craftsmanship, and styling tips that enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring the store reflects the latest trends and brand aesthetic
• Manage stock levels through stocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor efficiently and accurately
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing returns or exchanges with professionalism
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients remotely or handling inquiries to uphold our high standards of communication

Skills

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clientele; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Supervising experience is preferred to assist in team coordination and store operations
• Skilled in merchandising techniques to create visually appealing displays that attract customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions and stock counts
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, professional phone etiquette, and active listening abilities
• Experience in grocery store or retail environments is beneficial for understanding fast-paced customer interactions
