Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Fashion Stylist role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Fashion Stylist will provide personalized styling services, including outfitting customers, curating complete looks, and suggesting wardrobe combinations that reflect the Johnny Was aesthetic. Daily responsibilities include engaging customers on the sales floor, learning product features and fits, and recommending pieces that align with client preferences, lifestyles, and occasions. The role also involves maintaining visual standards, ensuring merchandise is sized and styled on the floor, and supporting sales goals through attentive service and product knowledge. The Fashion Stylist will collaborate with the store team to build lasting client relationships, manage client profiles, and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming in-store experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe skills, with the ability to curate cohesive looks and advise on fit, proportion, and occasion dressing.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation of styling options, and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience meeting or contributing to individual and store sales targets in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, color theory, and styling techniques, preferably with experience in contemporary or bohemian-inspired brands.
- Ability to work part time with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting, with attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation.
