- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with food handling as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
