What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef/Sous Chef position at Johnny's Family Restaurant?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef or Head Chef with to join our team within a fast-paced environment, higher volume kitchen. The ideal candidate will help lead in daily operations, consistent food quality, presentation of food, ensure good communication and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Responsibilities include leadership skills, assist with menu development and daily/weekly specials. We are seeking a chef who can lead during service, promote teamwork, maintain efficiency under pressure and maintain a clean, organized workspace up to standards.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
