Exterior Painting Crew Member (No Experience Required)
Join our team this summer as an Exterior Painting Crew Member and gain hands-on experience working outdoors while learning a valuable skill. No prior painting experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, washing, and priming)
- Apply exterior paint to siding, trim, doors, and other surfaces
- Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites
- Safely use ladders and basic painting equipment
- Support the crew with lifting materials and maintaining an organized workspace
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
