Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Stylist role located in Tysons Corner, VA. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing apparel and accessories from the johnnie-O collection. You will create a personalized shopping experience, maintain a detailed knowledge of the brand’s products, and assist with visual merchandising and inventory management. Building brand loyalty, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key priorities in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create a welcoming shopping environment
- Proficiency in sales techniques and an understanding of retail operations, including meeting sales goals and handling transactions
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store aesthetics
