A rapidly growing digital marketing and technology organization is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing B2B sales team. Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or B2B sales
- 5 years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven success leading high-performing teams in digital marketing, SaaS, marketing services, or related industries
- Strong expertise with CRM software, including HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, EOS, or scorecard-based sales management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of B2B sales representatives
- Drive accountability through structured coaching, performance management, and sales training
- Ensure consistent execution of proven sales processes, outreach strategies, and pipeline management practices
- Support team members through consultative sales cycles, from prospecting to close
- Oversee and optimize sales pipeline development
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting through HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
- Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to improve team performance and revenue outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams
- Assist with territory planning, account targeting, and strategic messaging initiatives
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and high-level strategy discussions
- Conduct deal reviews and provide real-time coaching support
- Deliver actionable feedback to improve sales effectiveness and execution
- Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented sales culture
