Job Summary
The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients within our healthcare facility. Duties
- Present and explain patient treatment plans and ensure timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Utilize Eaglesoft Dental Software for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Schedule treatment for all doctor's chairs.
- Collect payments.
- Provide administrative support including clerical tasks, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and ensure proper coding using CDT coding
- Maintain a professional front desk presence while delivering excellent patient service and managing inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline office operations and enhance overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required; clinic experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in dental billing and coding practices; familiarity with dental terminology is essential.
- Experience with dental EHR systems, especially with Eaglesoft.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; typing skills are required (10 key typing preferred).
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for interacting with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
