Shift: 3:00 PM – 11 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving the lives of seniors.
John-Wesley Villas supports professional growth and offers qualified CNAs the opportunity to complete on-site training to advance into a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance as needed.
- Assist residents with meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Georgia.
- Previous experience in a senior living community preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with resident care.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
