Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned, skilled and motivated Lube & Tire Tech to join our team. As a Lube/Tire Tech, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and certain automotive diagnostics. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for greeting every service customer with courtesy and professionalism, checking in their vehicle and communicating vehicle condition and needs, working in close partnership with our Service Advisor(s) and Service Manager. Safely transporting customer vehicles throughout the dealership property and buildings. Knowledge and experience in driving, moving, parking and staging a variety of vehicles from small cars, to large commercial trucks and vans, automatic and manual transmissions.

Duties:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles
- Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and repairs
- Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues
- Assist service technicians with more complex repairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Communicate additional services observed to the Service Advisor or Manager when appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous career experience as a Lube & Tire Technician required
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and tire services
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
