We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our 1st Shift Operations. This role is responsible for verifying that all production parts and assemblies meet customer-provided drawings, specifications, and job instructions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes, we’d love to hear from you!

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Utilize customer-provided drawings, specifications, and route sheets to determine production requirements.
- Inspect components for cosmetic and dimensional accuracy according to specifications.
- Verify that all production processes have been completed as required.
- Ensure part marking is complete and accurate per customer requirements.
- Confirm packaging meets or exceeds customer specifications.
- Maintain calibration of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and verify dimensional data using various inspection tools, including calipers, go/no-go gauges, and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to assist in shipping as required.
