This role focuses on three core areas: project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; team and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and customers; and financial and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks and delays.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Lead, mentor, and support project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners as needed.
- Oversee overall project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support company initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, strong focus in Waste Water/Water Treatment construction preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with construction/project management software preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze project data and solve problems effectively.
- Self-starter with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
