Our drivers are the face of the company—trusted to operate equipment safely, support customers during stressful situations, and deliver service that earns 5‐star reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tow truck safely and efficiently including using proper equipment and following procedures
• Respond promptly to dispatch instructions
• Accurately complete electronic paperwork including taking photos and entering data into our dispatch system via mobile app
• Park vehicles in the yard according to police instructions and designated areas; keep the yard clean and free of debris
• Maintain assigned truck and equipment in clean, professional, and working condition
• Provide professional, courteous customer service, including during high-stress situations
• Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• Valid Colorado driver’s license
• Must reside within 30 miles of Commerce City
• Ability to pass pre‐employment and random drug and alcohol testing
• Must have a valid DOT physical
• Clean or acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather condition

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous towing or roadside assistance including at least 2 years of experience operating a flatbed tow truck
• Familiarity with Colorado PUC regulations related to towing and transportation
• Experience using Towbook or similar dispatch software
• Mechanical aptitude or automotive knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
