We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Account Service Specialist to join our John's Rx Long Term Care pharmacy team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a supportive, team-first environment.

What You’ll Do
- Post and process payments accurately
- Assist clients, patients, and facility staff with billing/account questions
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Support billing, data entry, and account follow-up
- Work closely with team members across departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred)
- Accounts receivable, billing, or medical/pharmacy office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance billing (Medicare/Medicaid or pharmacy billing) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
