Plumbing Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and installation solutions
• Build trust with customers by educating them on available options and helping them make informed decisions
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure projects are scheduled and completed successfully
• Maintain detailed customer records, sales activities, and job documentation in company software
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally and uphold company values in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales, plumbing sales, home services, construction sales, or a related field (equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems is preferred; plumbing industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
