Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Scranton, PA. An Associate at John’s Italian Restaurant will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, including greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs to uphold the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service.
