Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role located in New York, NY, for a Wholesale Fulfillment Associate. The Wholesale Fulfillment Associate will efficiently process orders, including department store orders, keep track of hangtags and labels, and provide excellent customer service. Training will be on-site in our New York office.
Responsibilities include
You will handle wholesale orders, including department store orders, and will have direct day-to-day communications with our warehouse. You must be detail-oriented and able to problem-solve independently as well as within our Logistics team. Excellent customer service skills are required, as you will be communicating with our Wholesale accounts and Sales representatives via email and phone.
- Order entry, processing, and invoicing of large retailer EDI orders.
- Oversee wholesale order fulfillment at our warehouse and additional inventory locations, and ensure all orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Keep track of all orders through our drop ship partners.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on order fulfillment.
- Provide support to our Logistics team, ensuring company policies and standards are being adhered to.
- Assist in setting up new accounts through Shopify and MOM (Multichannel Order Manager)
- Assist in order entry whenever necessary, both through Shopify and MOM.
- Manage, organize, and ensure fulfillment of seasonal trade show orders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Inventory Management experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Team Leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Salary Range $40,000 - $45,000
