We're seeking a driven Insurance Account Manager to help grow the agency while providing trusted guidance to new and existing clients. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying coverage needs, and presenting insurance solutions.
- Base salary of $36,000-$42,000, with expected first-year earnings of $50,000 - $70,000
- Bonus and commission opportunities
- Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Requirements
- Prior sales, service, or insurance experience
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Producer License within 60 days of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship skills
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
