St. Pius X Catholic School is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to lead efforts in promoting Catholic school education. This position will perform strategic marketing duties and support the campus in increasing student enrollment and retention. The position requires a motivated individual who shares the mission to help our Catholic school grow and share how amazing our school is!
Ministerial Character:
The Diocesan Bishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church (“the Diocese”) entrusted to him. In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ's mission present and enduring as the Shepherd of the Christian Community. In order to fulfill his mission, the Diocesan Bishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators, who are clerics, religious, and lay people. He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.
Each position employed in the Diocese of Corpus Christi helps to extend the ministry of the Diocesan Bishop in particular ways as outlined in the job duties and responsibilities. Therefore, this position is closely connected to and assists the Diocesan Bishop in the performance of his ministry and thereby engages in ministry for the church.
Responsibilities:

- As an integral part of your ministry for the Church as carried out in this position, support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic ministry and the mission of the Diocese of Corpus Christi in both your professional and personal life
- Act as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church
- Continuously grow in your ministry by participating in religious ceremonies, training sessions, and reflection activities as directed
- Support supervisors and admissions directors in the planning, development, and execution of enrollment marketing and communication projects, campaigns, and systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high standards of quality, adherence to diocesan guidelines, and maintaining a collaborative, positive attitude
- Design and update digital assets for email communications, social media, and web content
- Develop engaging content for various marketing materials and platforms
- Oversee promotional product inventory to ensure availability and proper usage
- Stay informed on current marketing trends and best practices to enhance enrollment campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill marketing and communication needs
- Participate in discovery meetings with school administrators to define project scope and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders on concurrent projects to ensure alignment and success
- Create innovative promotions and events aimed at increasing school brand awareness and enrollment
- Reach out to families of current and potential students to increase enrollment and retention

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- One to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be 21 years old or older
