This role is ideal for someone who can work well independently, supports their team, communicates clearly with customers, and is excited to grow into a skilled technician. You will assist with residential and light commercial plumbing installations.
Duties
- Assist lead plumbers with daily project tasks and service calls
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding timelines and project updates
- Maintain a clean, organized work truck and jobsite
- Learn to read diagrams and ensure work complies with code and company standards
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Represent the company with excellent customer service and a friendly attitude
Experience
- 1 year of residential plumbing experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally or daily
- Clean driving record; ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
- Strong customer-service abilities and positive attitude
- Ability to provide excellent professional references

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
