Duties
- Call existing customers and prospects to encourage them to schedule service or become a subscription based customer using a proven script to maximize efficiency and maximum potential.
- Keep track of all outbound calls using a real time tracking sheet to measure daily success and income.
- Call cancelled customers and make an offer to rejoin the family with new incentives.
Requirements
- Strong listening skills with ability to verbally address exact needs of customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in product management and advertising.
