We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our greenhouse for the 2025 holiday season!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in pulling and organizing delivery routes.
- Drive to pick up or deliver shipments as needed (must have a valid driver’s license).
- Support our Greenhouse Assistant with receiving, stocking, and maintaining plant shipments.
- Help with poinsettia route production — pulling materials, boxing items, and preparing orders based on provided work orders.
- Keep the greenhouse and storage areas organized and well maintained.
- Perform some lifting and physical work (must be able to lift 50 lbs or more).
What We’re Looking For:
- Warehouse or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Plant knowledge or a love for plants is beneficial but not necessary — we’ll teach you what you need to know!
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50 lbs).
What to Expect
- Hours: 7:00 AM-3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Weekends will be required during the holiday season.
- Specifically, weekends after Thanksgiving and the following weekend.
- Seasonal roles with the potential to grow—our holiday team has often led to full-time opportunities at John Mini.
