Responsibilities – Billing Clerk:
- Verify all deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins
- Post all sale transactions to accounting
- Verify the accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications/Requirements - Billing Clerk:
Prefer Auto Dealership Billing Clerk experience- Research skills and ability to analyze the information required to perform job duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and organized
- A good work ethic takes initiative
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
