We're looking for an exceptional Orthodontic Assistant to join our team 3–4 days per week in our beautiful, state-of-the-art orthodontic office in Royersford, PA.
This position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred. However, we will gladly consider candidates with other medical or patient care backgrounds who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for caring for others.

Compensation:$20 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
Support the orthodontist during procedures and treatments while helping create a comfortable, positive patient experience.
Prepare, maintain, and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
Fabricate and adjust orthodontic appliances, including retainers and other lab-fabricated devices, with precision and attention to quality.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, orthodontic appliance care, and treatment expectations to encourage successful outcomes.
Accurately document patient information and treatment records to keep the practice running smoothly.
Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients, answering questions, and helping every visit feel positive and stress-free.
Collaborate with teammates to maintain an upbeat, patient-focused office culture and provide outstanding care every day.
Qualifications:
US Work Authorization.
Dental Assistant Certification and X-ray Certification preferred, but not necessary.
Customer Service Experience preferred.
