What You’ll Do
- Serve as a liaison between management, maintenance, local agencies, and law enforcement while supporting overall community operations
- Enforce lease compliance through inspections, police log reviews, and resident engagement; document and address violations as needed
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling, unit inspections, pest control services, and resident communications
- Provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries, directing residents and visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Maintain administrative functions, including recordkeeping, incident reporting, and processing accommodation requests, while collaborating with on-site staff to support resident programs and events
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive or complex situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
