What are the responsibilities and job description for the Package Valet position at John M. Corcoran & Co. and Careers?
The Package Valet retrieves packages left in building lobbies and deliver them to the property’s package storage system.
Location: The Mastlight & Southfield Commons, Weymouth, MA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (part-time, 20 hours/week).
Eligible for a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Log each package into the package storage room and organize the packages so that they are easy retrieve.
- Assist residents in retrieving packages.
- Police buildings for litter and out of date notices. Remove and place in trash receptacles.
- Deliver notices from the property staff to apartment doors as needed.
- Other duties as they arise.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Ability to communicate effectively with prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public. Demonstrated reliability, interpersonal skills, and strong customer service skills.
Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
