Role DescriptionThis is a Independent Contractor role for both new and experienced Real Estate Brokers, based in Port Orchard, WA, with flexibility to work in-office and remotely.
Brokers are responsible for managing the full scope of real estate activities including client engagement, property marketing, negotiations, and closings.
Through personalized coaching, proven systems, and ongoing education, our brokers are empowered to grow sustainable, relationship-based businesses built on referrals and trust. You’ll have access to in-office support, mentorship, professional training, and our signature “Engage, Elevate, Ignite” programs designed to help you thrive.
Qualifications- Active Washington State Real Estate License (required)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Familiarity with NWMLS processes and real estate best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly motivated; able to work independently or collaboratively
- Commitment to community involvement and ethical business practices
- Prior real estate experience preferred but training and mentorship provided
- Attendance to office meeting in person / Virtually
- Participation in Events
