Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintain flower beds by planting, weeding, and mulching as required.
- Maintain annual flowers by eliminating dead heads as necessary.
- Edge grass where appropriate.
- Dig with shovel as assigned.
- Trim trees, shrubs as assigned.
- Pick up debris from roadways, sidewalks, and landscape
- Operate leaf vacuum, mower, weed eater, and edger
- Clean off roofs by using broom and blowers as needed.
- Report safety concerns immediately to supervisor or upper management.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
- While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places;
- Routinely works in outside weather conditions; is frequently exposed to hot and cold weather, wet and/or humid conditions
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic and caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the work environment may be unusually high requiring protective gear.

- Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
