Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Wellness Associates and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Oversee and support delivery of assistance with activities of daily living
- Promote resident independence while ensuring safe, compassionate care
- Maintain compliance with community policies and state regulatory guidelines
- Conduct regular oversight of resident apartments and community areas
- Assist with physical care tasks such as ambulation, vital signs, and monitoring
- Perform physically active duties including lifting, bending, walking, and assisting residents
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
- Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication
