What You'll Do
As a valued PRN OT, you'll:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents to promote independence and quality of life.
- Deliver hands-on therapy services and collaborate with an exceptional team of rehab professionals.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers to support long-term success.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
- Provide coverage as needed to ensure continuity of care for our residents.
What You Bring
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
- A passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference.
- SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
