As a valued PRN SLP, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to residents in our facility· Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress
- Participate in ongoing staff training and education to stay current with industry best practices
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
What You Bring:
- Active Missouri SLP license in good standing.
- A passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference.
