Position Overview: The Office Administrator will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office correspondence. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Handle customer inquiries and provide support as required.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and inputting information into databases.
- Documentation: Prepare and process documents such as reports, invoices, and purchase orders. Assist with various administrative paperwork.
- Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed, including assisting with special projects and events.
