Are you ready to turn up the volume and lead the nightlife scene in our vibrant dueling piano bar? We're looking for a dynamic and energetic Nightlife Manager to orchestrate unforgettable nights filled with music, laughter, and endless fun!
Responsibilities
- Be the Maestro: Manage live performances, ensuring our talented pianist deliver electrifying shows that keep our guests singing along and dancing all night long.
- Create Unforgettable Experiences: Engage with customers, enhance their night out, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile (and maybe a few more dance moves)
- Lead the Team: Motivate and inspire our staff, ensuring a high-energy environment where EVERYONE contributes to the excitement.
- Master the Vibe: Oversee the bar operations, from staffing to drink specials, creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
- Promote Fun: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new guests and our frequent visitors grooving.
What we are looking for:
- A passion for nightlife and live entertainment
- Previous management experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional communication an people skills
- A love for music (bonus points if you can play an instrument)
- A flair for creativity and a knack for problem solving.
