About the Role
We are looking for a dependable Indiana Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, safety-focused, and able to complete plumbing installations, repairs, inspections, and service calls with quality workmanship and strong customer service.
Responsibilities
· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, water heaters, and related equipment.
· Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend practical, code-compliant solutions.
· Read plans, follow work orders, and complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
· Perform residential and/or commercial service calls in a professional manner.
· Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company safety procedures.
· Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors.
· Complete required paperwork, job notes, and material documentation.
Requirements
· Current Indiana plumbing license or credential appropriate for the work performed.
· Proven plumbing field experience in residential, commercial, or service plumbing.
· Knowledge of Indiana plumbing code requirements and safe work practices.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and manage time effectively.
· Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
· Ability to lift, bend, crawl, climb, and work in varying jobsite conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with drain cleaning, water heater installation, rough-in plumbing, finish plumbing, or remodel work.
· Backflow, medical gas, or additional trade certifications are a plus.
· Experience using service software, tablets, or mobile work-order systems.

Schedule & Location
Full-time position serving customers in Indiana in surrounding areas such as Vigo County, Clay County, and Putnam County. Schedule may include weekdays, rotating on-call, or overtime as needed.
Pay: $32.74 - $39.42 per hour
