Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our truck brokerage team as an Entry-Level Carrier Compliance Associate. No previous compliance experience is required-we will provide training. This role is responsible for reviewing motor carrier applications, verifying carrier information through vetting System, and communicating with carriers and branch offices to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify carrier onboarding applications.
- Verify carrier information following vetting Sysytem.
- Professionally communicate with carriers by phone and email.
- Respond to questions from branch offices regarding carrier approvals.
- Request and follow up on required documentation from carriers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
- Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and origanizational skills.
- Professional phone and email communication skills and proper etiquette.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Accurate data entry and work processing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
- One mandatory Saturday per month, 8AM to 2PM is required
