Position Summary:
The function of this role is to lead the commercial aspects of product innovation from the Greenhouse.
In conjunction with the CEO and R&D Director this role is threefold:
To lead product insights and ideation as well as concept formation.
The generation of business plans, as well as the commercial aspects of innovation pipeline management, including financial reporting, supported by BHDE.
Provide effective communication and transfer of activities to commercial teams in Barth Haas, HPA, and Haas (Portfolio, Sales and Marketing, and Finance).
This person cooperates intensively with:
Greenhouse CEO and R&D Director.
Marketing teams: to plan launches and form product propositions.
Portfolio: to define role of new products in current portfolio, as well as pricing strategies, and Sales (to support greenhouse comms and product training).
Brewing Solutions and Sensory Teams.
External Partners - suppliers and customers.
Primary Responsibilities:

| 10% | 1. Organisational: | Cooperate with GH CEO and R&D Director in the development and delivery of the overall strategy, tactics, and projects for the organisation assigned. Create, maintain, and monitor respective business plans and related budgets, and support management decisions with related information. |
| 10% | 2. Insights: | Analyse market trends and development in beer, beverage, and other product-related (target) markets. Perform competitor analysis and derive customer and end-consumer insights to support the development of Sales & Marketing strategies and/or refine product positioning. |
| 10% | 3. Ideation: | Lead and ensure effective coordination of improvement and innovation processes for all entities of the group. Analyse the idea pipeline in cooperation with other stakeholders and evaluate the commercial potential to support business cases and projects. |
| 30% | 4. Business Case: | Develop and refine business cases and forecasts for projects transitioning from ideation to innovation. Derive concepts for the development projects in cooperation with the R&D Director and appropriate stakeholders (incl. Sales and Marketing, Portfolio, and Finance) to inform decision-making at each stage of development. |
| 10% | 5. Portfolio: | Contribute to the seamless transfer of innovations from the Greenhouse towards an active product portfolio. |
| 10% | 6. Financial: | Oversee the commercial activities for all Greenhouse projects. Plan and monitor agreed project budgets with the CEO and the R&D Director. Create respective management reports and communicate commercial issues. |

Pay Information:
- Salary Range: $124,160 to $186,240 annually.
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location.
