High end residential contractor seeking indivigual for renovations and new construction in Manhattan NY. Must be ambitious, reliable, self-directed, professional and well organized.
Provides management and office support.
Must have the ability to learn quickly, retain training, problem solve, think independently and pay attention to detail.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and some construction related software preferred such as Timberline, and MS Project.
Must Be Able To Do The Following

- Work with clients, Architects, Engineers
- Process change orders, RFIs and submittals
- Construction Document / Plan reading
- Subcontractor compliance and contract administration
- Able to perform and coordinate pre-construction
- Have knowledge of general construction
- Able to generate and complete punch out lists
- Able to perform framing layout
- Able to supervise demolition
- Able to assist in scope development
