We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager on behalf of an established real estate development and project management organization join its growing team in southeastern Connecticut. This organization has a strong track record of delivering complex commercial and multi-family projects.
In this role, you will support Project Managers and Project Executives in the successful delivery of projects from procurement through completion. Responsibilities include preparing weekly meeting minutes, flash reports, and task lists; assembling monthly project reports; assisting with RFPs, RFQs, contracts, and exhibits; supporting schedule development; maintaining project files, directories, and photo documentation; and using AI-powered tools to streamline reporting and documentation. You'll attend project meetings and site visits, build relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners, and take an active role in representing the firm within the local industry community.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent written and verbal communicator who can juggle multiple deadlines while working with diverse stakeholders who may have competing interests.
Experience with project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and electronic file management or collaboration platforms is a plus.
