About the Role:
John Henry's Meats is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Quality Control Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in making sure every order is packed accurately, meets our quality standards, and is delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately fulfill and pack customer orders according to daily delivery schedules
- Build boxes and prepare shipments for outgoing deliveries
- Refill ice trays and ensure proper product storage and handling
- Assist with cutting and preparing various meat products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general warehouse duties once orders are complete
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent product quality
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work in cold weather (walk in freezers)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work the shifts described above
- Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse work, or food handling is a plus (but not required)
