The Air Service Coordinator will be coordinating service technicians for break fixes and preventative maintenance. Our coordinator provides excellent customer service to all customers, while participating in daily problem solving and continuous improvement activities. The coordinator will also update the system with service call information, coordinating the service calendar to track calls/visits, tracking parts, quoting, invoicing when jobs are completed, and enter in sales orders to have parts pulled for service calls.
