$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Position Responsibilities
- Rotate through two 12-month core HR functions, gaining exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support initiatives that align with business goals and enhance employee experience.
- Contribute to projects in areas such as workforce planning, DEI strategy, talent development, compensation, and HR analytics.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Participate in coaching, training, and mentorship to support your growth and development throughout the program.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in human resources or a related field, or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post-graduate HR certificate, with an expected graduation Spring 2027.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
