Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Coordinator.
- Obtain customer approvals of quotes in a timely manner.
- Place orders for parts after approval of quotes, ensuring seamless execution of logistics.
- Hold and attend scheduled meetings with stakeholders to discuss parts availability, address issues, and generate daily reports for the on-site team.
- Verify that all Pick-Up Delivery (POD) documents are signed by ControlWorx personnel and site representatives who approved the order.
- C coordinate with site security to manage badge requests, visitor access, truck passes, and parking passes.
- Evaluate and validate site-specific training requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
